John Fitzsimons established the business in 1984. John provides a highly personalised service to his clients and provides a wide range of advisory services. John gained his experience in an industry background as he was the Farm Business chairman of the Irish Farmers Association from 1996 to 2000 and was involved with the lobbying of pre budget submissions to the finance minister. In this role John was also heavenly involved in making representations to the Revenue Commissioners on the tax treatment of financing farm machinery in 1998.

Sharon qualified in 1996 and joined the practice on a consultancy basis in 2009. Her role is that of tax deadline management for a portfolio of incorporated clients (all of which are electronically filed). She has experience in the preparation of audited financial statements for clients within the regulated industries and the necessary reporting obligations with third parties. She is also responsible for the preparation of financial statements for companies that are audit exempt. Sharon has also gained experience in the filing of Income Tax returns for a portfolio of clients.

Vania joined the practice in 2007 and is currently studying for the professional level of the ACCA exams. She works within our bookkeeping section and is responsible for the filing of all related vat and PAYE/PRSI returns. She has extensive knowledge of the bookkeeping requirements for small businesses. Her client base includes retail shops and farmers.
